Arini ada sorang customer, instead of complaint, buat sessi meluah perasaan plak (--") .Apply F/Deposit, joined name ( taruk nama anak sekali ).Lam agreement,both to sign..& it happends that deorang bercerai..si isteri lari balik US.Si suami plan nak withdraw duit utk education anak.tp both party ( suami & isteri ) perlu hadir then only FD bley release.si isteri refuse balik, kecuali kalo dia jugak dpt bahagian.Si suami ni plak xtaula kedekut or dendam, xmo bg satu sen pun kat si isteri..~hmm..Ada pihak advice si suami naik court mintak kelulusan withdraw FD w/out isteri nye signature..tp dia refuse ( turun naik court, fhm2 je la ) ~ sedar pulak die effect masa depan anak..n bley plak mintak pendapat aku ada x cara lain utk setelkan masalah die tu..ai,masa sign agreement kompiden bebeno..da jadi mcm ni,baru terbeliak biji mata..even clarify with branch,dukacita dmaklumkan,mmg xde cara lain kecuali naik court..or tunggu anak umo 18.Lupa plak nak tanye bape umo anak die.Mintak adv team leader,team leader suh fax satu borang complaint under bank negara..at least ada gak la option..best of luck la ye..

Lam pada meluah perasaan, sempat jugak la die nak complaint..dissapointed with hlb service la,marah xde org get back pasal supp application status la, bising branch officer bg wrong info la..kecewa betul die sampai nak canx sume cd & acc ngn Hlb..~ thanx for sharing & sorry to hear wut u hv experienced with Hlb sir..~ dengar je la aku n bg pendapat sikit2.n nak tau apa ayat last die," im so sad & pissed off but the way u talk makes me feel a bit ok..if u need other job, just let me know, i'll find it for u "..wah2..tu aku nak anggap satu perlian ke satu peluang..ape2 je lah mr customer..
